You have the right to withdraw your gift voucher or photo book voucher purchase within 14 days after the purchase date.
Please contact our customer service team with the following information:
1. The order number of your voucher.
2. Email address used when placing the order for the voucher.
When we have received your request, we will disable the voucher code and refund your purchase.
It is not necessary to fill in a withdrawal form for these requests.
