The gift voucher will be available to download from your account within the next 30 minutes.
Please go to My Account.
Here you will see your 'Account overview' including 'Last orders'. Locate the order where the gift voucher was made and select 'Download voucher'.
Can't see your gift voucher order? Select 'Orders' from the left hand menu. All placed orders will be displayed.
