What is GDPR?
GDPR came into effect on the 25th of May 2018.
Due to GDPR we can only disclose and change account and order information for the account holder. Likewise, all changes to accounts and orders must be actioned by the account holder. The account holder is the individual that created the account. For this reason, please be mindful of the information you provide when creating the account.

How do you have my email address and why are you sending me emails?
We only obtain your email address after you have subscribed to our newsletter or completed an order with us. We do not purchase email addresses from third party sites.
No longer wish to receive our newsletters? You can quickly and easily unsubscribe at any time. Please be aware that a final email may be sent as our system updates. After this time, you will no longer receive our newsletters. You will still receive service emails when placing an order. This includes order and shipping confirmation, along with an order satisfaction survey.
How do I delete my account?
If you would like to delete your account, sign in and go to My Account. A confirmation link will be sent to you via the email address attached to your account. To confirm account deletion please click the link within 30 days from the requested date. Please keep in mind, once your account is deleted, there is no way to restore it.
If you create an account, all your personal data are tied directly to it. Should you choose to delete your account, your data will be deleted with it. Your personal data, includes but is not limited to, account information, uploaded photos and orders. Please review our Privacy Policy and Privacy Statement for further details on what classifies as personal data.
Can you delete part of my data?
Unfortunately, we can only delete your data by deleting your entire account. We are not able to partially delete data while your account remains active. Once your account is deleted, there is no way to restore it.

How long do you store my photos?
Please check our Retention Policy for storage duration times. Please keep in mind your account will not be active indefinitely. After 5 years of inactivity, your account will be deleted. You can keep your account active by logging in and saving a project.
