Why is bonusprint changing?
We are excited to announce that on 2nd July 2024, bonusprint will become Photobox. We are joining forces to become a leading photo products brand in the UK and build a better experience for you to bring your stories to life. But don't worry, you'll recognise everything: the same website, creation tools and editors, the same quality - just a new name. We believe that you will find some exciting new products & functionalities on the website.
What will happen to my account?
There is nothing you need to do. We are planning this change to happen without any impact on your account with us, with only very few exceptions. On the website and desktop editors, there will be little impact: you can continue to log-in to continue projects from June into July, order and access old creations as usual - just with a new brand name.
If you have an account at both bonusprint and Photobox, there may be disruption as we merge our account systems from 6th May 2024 . If you log into both bonusprint and Phobobox using the same email in the past, we will merge those accounts and default to the Photobox password. If you have problems logging in, please try your Photobox password. If that doesn’t work, we ask you to reset your password. If you choose to delete your bonusprint account after May 5th, please note that your Photobox account might also be affected from July 2nd if the two accounts have already been merged. Rest assured; the creation experience will be the same as you're used to as well as the quality you're used to from bonusprint will still be delivered 100% when you buy from Photobox. You will just have a different brand name you're purchasing from at Photobox.co.uk.
What happens to my existing creations?
On the website and desktop editors, there will be little impact: you can continue to log-in and continue projects from June into July, order and access old creations as usual - just with a new brand name.
Please be aware the upgrade includes updates to our mobile app. We will discontinue the Bonusprint mobile app, and ask you to download the new Photobox mobile app from July. Please finish any open projects by 1st July 2024 and reorder any past creations on the mobile app you'd like a duplicate of, otherwise they will be lost.
What happens to my stored photos?
We won't delete your photos, they will be stored and accessible for you in your account. The upgrades we are making to our creation experience on 2nd July 2024, includes a technical upgrade to our editors that will impact how we retain or keep photos.
What happens to projects I have on the mobile App?
Please be aware - we will discontinue our mobile app, and ask you to complete any open creations on the app by 1st July 2024 as you won't be able to continue working on them and they will be lost. You can find any past orders from the mobile app by logging into your account on the web and you will be able to re-order them from My Account.
