To ensure photos are printed with sharp contrast, colour and brightness, our creator tools will indicate if the quality of your photo is up to standard. An exclamation mark appears at the top-right corner of the image when the resolution of the image is too low:
When the exclamation mark appears on your photo, we advise you to choose a photo with a higher resolution. Another alternative is to reduce the size of the photo by clicking and dragging the edge of the placeholder inwards until the exclamation mark disappears.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the resolution of an image.
Tip: we suggest you use images that have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. To check the DPI of your image, right-click on the image in the folder and choose "Properties". Under the tab "Details" you can find the resolution.

It can happen that the creator tool determines the resolution incorrectly. We suggest checking your project within the "Preview" to see how the photo will appear when printed.
